Following the release of the single “Petal” earlier this year, Cold Sleep have released their latest track, titled “Stopping All Stations Except South Kensington.”
The intro begins on a softer note, but quickly becomes harder hitting, and once it does, the instrumentals instantly show a lot of emotion. The first verse is softer as well until the bass and drums build it up, the catchy guitars do the same during the pre-chorus, and the vocals bring really good melodies not only in those sections, but in the huge chorus. The second verse and chorus bring fantastic vocal performances that show a lot of emotion before the bridge comes in, beginning a bit softer at first before the instrumentation takes the spotlight, bringing a lot of energy to that section of the track as it builds up. There are also some screamed vocals throughout the track, which adds a bit of aggression to it, as well as bringing some extra emotion. “Stopping All Stations Except South Kensington” is not only very memorable, but it’s an impressive, powerful and overall fantastic single from Cold Sleep. "STOPPING ALL STATIONS EXCEPT SOUTH KENSINGTON" IS AVAILABLE NOW. LISTEN TO THE SONG HERE:
