After releasing “If I Didn’t Have You” this spring, BANNERS has returned with another new track to kick off the summer, titled “Serenade.”
The song starts out subtly at first, only led by the vocals - which deliver instantly catchy melodies - and a piano playing a loop of various octaves with just as much ability to get stuck in the listener’s head. The kick drum comes in during the chorus to help drive the beat along with that piano, accompanying a dreamy vocal performance, but the return of the pre-chorus and chorus is where more instrumentation really starts to kick in, immediately making the song bigger and more anthemic, and the bridge does the same, driven by synths and hard-hitting percussion before the final choruses.
Between the beautiful vocal and instrumental performances and the unforgettable melodies, “Serenade” is another phenomenal track from BANNERS. "SERENADE" IS AVAILABLE NOW. LISTEN TO THE TRACK HERE:
