REVIEWS
Home Wrecked are a UK pop punk band that I’ve been a fan of for quite some time now. I really enjoyed their debut EP “When All Goes Wrong” and was excited when they dropped “Moving Day,” the lead single off of their upcoming EP “Try What You Want, Just Make Sure It Works.” This song in particular has some darker instrumentation. The rhythm section gets more of a chance to shine in a lot of the song, but in the hard-hitting chorus and impressive bridge, you can really hear the well-crafted and composed guitar parts. The primarily instrumental bridge was a section of the song that really stood out to me a lot and is definitely a highlight of the track. Overall, I enjoyed this song. There were parts of it that really impressed me and I think it’s interesting seeing the new things the band are doing with their sound, and I’m curious to see what else they have in store on their upcoming EP.
