Northshore have released a new single, titled “For What It’s Worth.” I’ve been a huge fan of this band since their debut EP was released last year. All the material that they’ve released to date has impressed me, and the same goes for this new track as well. Some very catchy instrumentals drive the intro before the vocals come in, beginning the verse with some of my favorite lyrics in the entire song, “You deserve better than this, better than me; hiding myself away just to avoid honesty.” Very impressive lead guitar parts show off a bit during the pre chorus before the huge, emotional chorus comes in. The post-chorus has some great vocals and faster drums, while the bridge brings an even better vocal performance with some more unique melodies. Overall, I loved this track. I love the emotion found not only in a lot of the lyrics on here, but also in the passionate performances throughout the track. LISTEN TO THE TRACK HERE:
