Everyone And Anyone have released their latest EP, titled “Anything Worth Having.” Excellent opener “History” delivers some great melodies and an extremely memorable chorus, starting the EP off strong. Lead single “Rainy Days” follows suit, bringing some very catchy riffs in the intro, leading into the very energetic verses. The bass shows up a bit more on this track, particularly during the second verse, where both that and the drums help drive the fast paced rhythm.
The EP reaches its midway point with “Setbacks,” which slows things down just a little bit, but regardless, it’s still just as good as the previous two tracks, and also brings one of the biggest and best choruses on this EP, as well as a great bridge. “Nothing To My Name” is a hard hitting track that brings a lot to the table, especially instrumentally, despite it only being under a minute long. The EP closes out with “Pushing Daisies,” which seems a bit similar to the first two tracks, showing a lot of energy and some great guitar work. Vocally, this song may be the strongest on the EP, as the performance is a lot more raw and seems to show a lot more passion. Overall, I thought that this EP was pretty good. Yes, it does sound similar to a lot of modern pop punk music. That being said, I still found many moments on here to be catchy and memorable in general.
