Till I Fall have released their debut full-length, titled “All I Have.”
Something instantly noticeable about the record, once you look over the tracklist, is that there are several interludes found throughout it. “Dwelling” brings some darker composition, final interlude “Reflection” and piano driven “Honesty” both deliver emotional and interesting spoken word performances, and “Visions” adding more emphasis and drama as it builds up and continues.
Something I loved about the record is how it combines quite a few different genres and styles. “Doin’ Fine,” the title track, the catchy “Dream On” and closing track “Downshift” all show the band’s pop punk roots, while others, such as the dark and more punk-leaning “Animal” and more alternative rock influenced “Poolside” show them experimenting a bit, and “Inside Out” ties all these influences together, encompassing every genre shown on the record, and it really shows the listener what they can expect from the record as a whole. In addition to the many upbeat songs on this record, there are also a couple of ballads on it - “Fight” and “Clockwork.” Both tracks are pretty similar to each other, as they’re both slower and both driven by piano until other instruments get added in later on to help build them up. Despite the similarities, they’re still both good tracks regardless. “All I Have” shows Till I Fall doing more within the pop punk genre. Throughout the whole record, the band incorporates various different elements from various different styles, genres, and subgenres of rock and alternative music, and that’s what makes this record a good debut for them. “ALL I HAVE” IS AVAILABLE NOW.
