SHORELINES ARE ABOUT TO MAKE WAVES WITH THEIR DEBUT A whole new wave of pop punk bands have made their debuts in 2016, and it looks like 2017 will be no different. Shorelines, a pop punk band from Brisbane, Australia, are making their debut on January 17th. The duo - consisting of vocalist/guitarist Dylan Thompson and bassist Harry White - formed this band in late 2016. "It was actually really laid back for us. All of the songs just came to us in a very short period of time, and recording just flowed really well with zero setbacks at all," Thompson says about the writing and recording process of the single. After the release of this song, there will be an EP from Shorelines titled New Heights. What makes this song stand out from the rest? "We felt as if this song had the most passion and work put into it, and we also thought that our fans could relate to this song the most," he explains, "The song is pretty much about being in a relationship with somebody who does something wrong by you when you're not exactly mentally stable to be dealing with those types of things, and you're pretty much sitting there trying to decide if you should just let it end or give that person a second chance." What can people expect on the other songs from the band's EP? "High energy, feel central, catchy as all hell melodies," Dylan hints.
